Another Dashboard!  For Day 3 we had the data on London House Prices . The story I wanted focus is on the changes in Average price and Sale Volume during Covid.

The first step as always was to clean the data. The data set had data for both London Borough and Regions in England. I narrowed down my focus to only London Borough.

I could find that the Sale volume had considerable decrease during the start of covid .However there was not much drop in Average House Price. So to give more insight I compared the change in Average House prices between 2014-2018 and 2018-2022. Here I could find that the rate at which Average House Price increased during covid was at least 10% less compared to the Pre- covid years.
