J Tay
Before joining The Data School, J spent over 10 years in psychological and organisational research, doing everything from project conceptualisation through to manuscript preparation. These days, as a data analyst, he enjoys being able to translate data into actionable information more quickly, and to produce more immediate impacts for stakeholders.
Besides spending time with his loved ones and (over-)analysing everything, J also enjoys making and drinking coffee, cooking for his family, tending to his plants, running, programming, donating blood, using Oxford commas, and chatting about any of the items in this list.
