Hello everyone,
For example, In Sample Superstore, If you want to show both Top and Bottom 10 Customers, you should create a combined set:
1. Create Top 10 Customers set (by Sales): Right click on the Customer Name, Hover on the Create and then select “Set…“.
2.In the Top tab, select By Field: Top, 10 , by Sales , Sum:
3. Now, creating another set for Bottom 10 Customers (by Sales). in the above picture instead of By field “Top”, Choose “Bottom” from the drop down list.
4. Now, you have two sets. (Top 10 Customers & Bottom 10 Customers). Select both of them in Data Pane, and right click on one of them then select Create Combined set:
5. In the Pop-up window, we name it “Top & Bottom 10 Customers By Sales” then selecting All members in both sets, and click Ok.
6. Now, drag it to the Rows and right click on it and select Show Members in Set:
7. Now, you have the list of 20 customers. you can also drag sales into the Columns to have a bar chart like following picture:
